Tonight, I took a delicious twist on a classic and made Beef-Don with Mala! 🌶️🥩 It’s a fusion of Japanese and Chinese flavors that will make your taste buds dance!

How to make it:

1.	Stir-fry: Heat chili oil from mala paste and stir-fry chopped garlic and sliced onion until tender.
2.	Add beef: Add thinly sliced beef and cook until tender and juicy.
3.	Add flavor: Mix in mala paste, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and sesame oil.
4.	Serve: Pile the spicy beef and veggies over a bowl of steaming rice.
