I did it last night with this set. I also added salted creme fraiche on there. Honestly I hear many people enjoy it as a bread alternative

I think you will enjoy it. It seems to want to stick to the pan so a good amount of olive oil will keep it from sticking ! Cake came well, I’ll share recipe
