Great top crust on the lasagna! I also find lasagna to be a comfort food. Eggplant parmigiana is another of my comforts. Do you have an heart warming sensation for eggplant?

Eggplant parm is special. I do enjoy it a bit more than lasagna. Whenever it is someone last day in kitchen or we have a few guests cooking with our team I like to prepare this dish. I find that I enjoy it more when I build it a la minute and serve quickly after a broil to the cheese on top. The crispy textures>>

I wish I worked in your kitchen! I would probably weigh a whole lot more than I do now. Keep posting those pictures. It gives me ideas for the next dish I will make for family and friends.
