Second time posting about burritos on FC in like 2 days, but specifically Mission style burritos. It's what they serve in Chicago, and it's one of my favorite foods. Currently in Denver and they're nowhere in sight. I would make them, but the right tortillas are hard to find, and I dunno where to start with the rice.

What was your favorite spot in chicago you would go to? My old stomping ground, cooked/lived out there for 8 years… I don’t thought it’s hard to find in Denver though

Taqueria Moran was my go-to when I lived in Chicago. Iconic little spot in Logan Square. Denver has good Mexican food but the style is different :(
