Is the white pill on the ballooning interest that most of the debt is held by the fed & govt itself, effectively canceling it out? And that the second major holder, the private americans, are going to recycle that cash?

IMO there are a few white pills. First is that people, organizations and countries can opt out of the fiat system by buying Bitcoin. It is the life boat that everyone can use it. Second, it is likely that the US will get a entrepreneur that cares about the country and could reduce spending in his second term. He was blocked to do so in the first term by someone from his "own party". Third, the federal government might become less and less important over time. And that means more competition but also it means that people inside the country can opt in for a better future
