IMO everything will go down in Bitcoin. But given that debt is likely to increase, it is unlikely that real asset prices will go down in dollar terms

I don't Understand the point your trying to make with this graph? How is this a housing bubble? Is there a bunch of unknown subprime toxic loans? What is causing the price to go up in inflation adjusted terms?

“Everything will go down in Bitcoin” sounds super scary🥲 But why would debt sustain the value of other assets ?

while debt might inflate dollar denominated asset prices, do you think bitcoin’s scarcity and decentralized nature could make it more resilient than traditional assets in the long term?

So we will see the same scenario of mid 2000s? Or this time things are different?

it's really not a simple issue. I feel different countries have different levels of debt, and the impact on asset prices will vary depending on the country's economic situation. high debt levels can also lead to inflation, which can actually drive up asset prices.
