Is Samsung with Galaxy AI so low to be neglected in this graph ?

its like buying crypto mining hardware.  you can never have enough and its always slower than the next batch.   The only limiting factor in this is how much power they can take before backlash from the public. Chips can be produced much faster than power plants.
