positive second order effects = saved healthcare costs, healthier people and longer lifespans (prevent type 2 diabetes, brain and heart diseases), shift from body positivity to health positivity negative = as you state, we don’t know long term effects of GLP1s yet; reliance or resistance to a lifelong drug; costs
