Thanks for this one @fredwilson.eth - this has been helpful for me in framing asset allocation more broadly in this environment. I haven’t been able to shake Druckenmiller’s recent statements saying his base case SPX500 is flat for a decade. Im
thinking that 1031 exchange might make real estate more compelling but 🤷‍♂️
