I am just concerned about the problem that will appear once the boomers handover those institutions.

Gen X are the King Charles of this transition

Definitely does not seem like it will happen in the 2020s like they predicted

millennials are less likely to change something than their predecessor

I thinl , It will happen anyway. But the problem is there are too much stupid individuals , which may came to the power. So the only good way is to find peoples that are really smart , else we will have very big problems in the world.
