Any great CEO can change the direction of a huge ship. Even Satya and Elon were able to do it. It takes time though

Wondering if he can overhaul product development across all PAs though.

It's a shit show right now.

Too much caution, too much cross-PA overhead, not enough ownership.

Too many PMs leaning on UX to make fake demos and UXR to run studies before SWEs can do anything.

That's why infra is great but product sucks.
