I can’t think of many other good ones

I’d pick character ai. They are tapping into new audience, new user behavior and some network effect. I think we are yet to see the next alphabet, meta though assuming OAI doesn’t count.

i will tell you that the one i want to work the most is the AI that will solve health / wellness issues, such as mental health or diseases like cancer
