Lots of people saying SF is back, which is great. Was in NY last week and it was extremely vibrant. Seems like lots of cities are coming back.

I think the energy is somehow back but in my humble opinion it’s not the same. 2 anecdotes: - I’m in a remote startup. We had everyone in SF before COVID. Now 2 people out of 40 are in SF. The rest is everywhere.

- All my friends from my class at MIT that are working in tech were mostly in SF before. Now they are everywhere
