- your stress levels
- physical activity 

that is not your doctor that is your drug dealer

default doctor visit in the US is like this. You're in pain? Let's patch that immediately with whatever drug. No more pain? Great continue taking drug to keep pain away

It is the most bizarre thing. I’ve been seeing naturopaths / functional docs for so long that when I recently had to see a traditional doctor to order one-off imaging I was stunned by how quickly she recommended 5 different drugs. Only asked for my symptoms then started prescribing and describing side effects….

Told her I don’t take prescription meds and she looked at me like I was the naive one 😂
