Day 1 of my /fitness Journey π₯Ή okay not day 1, day 1 but i have inconsistency issues haha π - treadmill & jump ropes for starters - sit-ups and mahn i felt the burn π₯Ί still do π© - some glutes workout - you know what, I don't even know what i did π€£π€£π€£ but I'll get better π Drawing strength and inspiration from these chads @pretlove @jph.eth @coach-holness @dummie.eth π₯ they've all dropped me some solid guides and advice on consistency - Thank You π₯Ή
