Could warpcast or something similar replace discord? As someone that thinks about rewards for community, it makes more sense that all actions are onchain. Early, and high quality supporters should be rewarded fairly from the success of a project.

Do you mean all rewards need to be online?

Discord doesn’t record interactions like @warpcast does onchain. If you get a specific role in Discord is not onchain. It’s just a better way to qualify and create reputation as a user.

Why? Why do you want all your interactions, so everything you say and do in a community, to be onchain stored forever and available to see for everyone?

Not all conversations and actions have to be public. But it makes things easier for tracking and proving things like when you joined the group or got a specific role. And if Discord for what ever reason is not the go to place anymore you can take your data and reputation elsewhere because it’s onchain.
