It would probably only be legally compliant for servers providing music by artists who opt in & know anyone can stream for free. I have a half baked idea for an onchain royalties system tho: https://spice-nova-190.notion.site/Tokenized-streaming-licenses-778d249bc32143e3987aa81b44c5b955?pvs=
