Farcaster

As more apps build on Farcaster, the financial incentive to attack the network increases.

But the network struggles as hub count increases. 

Begs the question: how viable is decentralization & censorship resistance over the long term? 🤔

Not trying to spread fud. I’m sure there are stacks of white papers with potential solutions. But I’m curious how the Merkle team is thinking about it.

thanks for raising this discussion…i wonder about the same things (and the limitations of scaling single-machine hubs as the network scales also)
