perhaps having spent my formative years in the military gives me a different perspective, but I don't understand why so many voters don't seem to take claims like this more seriously 

to become a general, you must study history and understand the textbook definition of words like "fascist", and you most certainly don't use them lightly

I'm especially concerned by the people in Silicon Valley, tech and Web3 spaces who seem to think it's okay to vote into the presidency a person whose demonstrated actions meet the definition of fascist, and who admires and aspires to emulate dictators – all because they seem to think that they and their business ideas would prosper more under his administration

the US is facing an existential crisis because of one man's cult of personality and an alarming number of people in this space only seem to care about their bags

shame on us all, America - we should be better than this
