Is there a smart wallet that lets you add signers generated from email addresses or phone numbers?

I want a vault that can be recovered by family members who don’t use crypto and doesn’t require them to do anything unless they need to perform a recovery.

There are embedded wallets that do this, which aren’t technically custodial since you can export the pk and the company never sees it. 

But apparently it’s also possible with smart wallets:

Emails and phone numbers can't sign anything so I don't see any way this could work. Any "sign in with your phone number" wallets that do exist are custodial and definitely shouldn't be called a "vault"
