Farcaster

As more apps build on Farcaster, the financial incentive to attack the network increases.

But the network struggles as hub count increases. 

Begs the question: how viable is decentralization & censorship resistance over the long term? 🤔

Really long term example, but shorting a company using FC data then censoring the network.

The bigger risk might be govs that want to censor content.

Sure but decentralization is the entire value proposition of FC, so I would personally like to have more confidence it can work at scale. Don't want to feel like I've wasted years building an audience here at some point in the future.

I think its a bit early to think about that, idk

A lot more stuff to do before Farcaster will be that big/important
