He’s been talking about skyrocketing land value being one of the major macro trends for a decade now. This seems like a pretty standard Georgian critique of modern property law.

If I had to guess, he'd favor replacing all taxes with a LVT but only as long as it meant also uprooting everything else in government (including democracy).

Interesting take. do you think Thiel's perspective aligns with George's ideas on land value tax or is he cherry picking?
