TBH both would hurt productivity for me. I’m lucky enough to be salaried but I really have about 6 hours a day I can focus on something, then I burn out. And a gun to my head wouldn’t make me work on a weekend.

I decided to work fewer hours on fewer days and get paid less. That is what you should strive for in my opinion 🌈
