It’s not a raffle, yesterday I gave everyone around the same amount and ran out quick 

Now I will still tip everyone, but some will get unlucky and only roll like 5, 7, …and some will get lucky and get a higher amount 

It’s more fun as compared to a low consistent number and it lets me tip more people too (imo)

You gotta do what you gotta do. & genuinly like your vibe. Let me put it like this: Keep at least 50% of your tips for ppl you actually like. In this way, the way you curate your tips will help give reasons for ppl to actually talk to one another, about however trivial things. Not just bet on numbers..IMHO
