I see a lot of bros posting about workouts, but I often wonder what it’s like at their dinner table. Does his household have joy? Is he leading his wife? Do his kids respect him? Don’t use the barbell to escape building a productive household.

true, though I would raise that there is likely a strong correlation between people that work out consistently and healthy-minded individuals. I say this because strict routine demands determination and rigidity.
