I’m on a quest to get more people to use a .eth as their Farcaster username. If you don’t use your .eth as your username, why not and what would make you change your mind?

I am on the same mission mainly because I want onchain identity and reputation to be a thing and I think ENS plays a big role in that respect.

FIDs are onchain!

Also, FID does not give me info about a users wallet. Right now WC only shows FID and FC custody wallet. Can’t really learn much about a user without them connecting the wallet they actually do stuff with.

I agree that maybe there isn’t enough interesting activity onchain at the moment, but ppl seem to like @interface. FC content and interactions get purged, so can only get a limited history unless ppl are down to pay for storage. I’ve already lost some context for some of my oldest casts.

Available on the protocol. Very few people tap into NFT tab. People learn about identity on Farcaster through your content and interactions.
