I don't disagree that there is an issue with spamming, but I think what constitutes "spam" needs to be better defined. As someone else pointed out, there's some highly regarded folks on that list.
Speaking for myself, I cast a lot, and yes, a lot of them are repeat casts, but most of it is because I make 5 Drakula videos a day and cross post them to multiple channels, and those Drakula videos are usually to highlight creatives in this space (artists, musicians, design experts, etc.)
It's a public good that I don't get compensated for other than receiving a portion of the weekly 2 ETH Base grant, but that's not why I do it, and was doing it even before the grant was available.
It's just really to champion other people in this space. I see a lot of other people on the list that fit the same mold.
