In the `cast/search` route, you can now specify a `mode`, which can be `literal` (searches text for the same words), `semantic` (uses vectors to find casts with similar meaning), or `hybrid` (a combination of literal and semantic).

Is there anything in the works to filter search results by channel membership or Neynar score? I’ve been seeing a lot of spam when I search on tunecaster.xyz

I guess if all the spam is near the end, we can work with that. I was thinking that for channel-based clients, it might be best to show results only from channel members

algo ranking on search results in next. you wont have to do the filtering on your end 

Any artist or topic that's popular is a good example. The two I included below have a lot of spam mixed in with the legit casts.

Showing results from users who aren't channel members won't work for devs aiming to create experiences beyond the idea that anyone should be able to reply to casts, even if they're not a member. So flexibility and customization is good imo

What are some examples of searches that have a lot of spam? I'll check how they look with the new algo sort that's coming soon.
