Well, I couldn't resist doing a bit more digging and it’s actually even worse than I thought. 

A bunch of accounts (many bought at FIDs market) that are all clearly connected (not even trying to hide it lol) are launching clanker "dev" tokens with one-page websites full of promises in the past ~4 months. Some of these tokens get promoted by influential people, prices go up, fees collected, then... zero delivery, and everyone just forgets about them.

I'm not sure what to do with this info. Should I point out the obvious stuff - account transfers, transactions, deleted casts, shady contracts etc? It could be a good twitter thread haha

You don't need to be ZachXBT to see something's off with accounts that just started posting 10 days ago and are launching a token. But everyone buying and posting about these tokens seems kinda okay with it 🤷‍♀️

You are basically the subject of dozens of fraud attempts big and little every day, legal and illegal type stuff

From gurus trying to promise you perfect health with crap greens powder to these fake tokens to the fake ass temu clothes that look nothing like the pictures 

It is a lot for one person to DYOR about everything they are faced with 

We need to help each other

An entire generation of people who can’t think for themselves thats why Guru’s got popular in the first place 


Critical thinking is whats needed , which nobody really does nowadays 


People Buy thinks cuz someone said to buy or call something scam cuz someone with lots of followers said its a scam

Yes people are near unforgivably stupid 

But I don’t think it’s entirely their fault they got that way

And we should help them

I am saying we have to all do the research on our areas of expertise and share that so that people can make better decisions. Not tell each other what to do.
