This week, I built a new playground website for a library I’m working on - an all-in-one toolkit for simplifying EVM transaction decoding. It showcases some of the latest features added: - Support for Gnosis Safe transactions and calldata decoding, including nested multicalls - Recursive decoding for Multicall3 contracts - Default plug-and-play in-memory or SQL stores for ABIs and contract metadata - Etherscan V2 ABI loader Check it out here loop-decoder-web.vercel.app/decode

What I'm currently working on: an all-in-one toolkit for simplifying EVM transaction decoding. A library that helps you get all relevant transaction info, like: - Decoded call data (incl deeply nested multicalls) - Decoded events and traces - All asset transfers - Interactions with other contracts - Contract metadata - Errors With minimal dependencies (just an RPC URL), customizable storage options, and support for both client and server. I'm fascinated to see that more and more people replace complex infrastructures with just an SQLite. I build all my new projects using SQLite for storage, caching, and persistent queue. I think it should be possible to have it robust if the companies are keen to host a node. You host a node, so your users have a better experience, it goes down and messages are going through a less reliable p2p network. I believe Waku.org works now like that.
