My name is Clayton. I build restaurants with farms inside of them. We started the company in 2017 with the mission to provide better food to more people. That’s still our mission today, but it took us 6 years to realize the best model is restaurants with farms inside of them. We went through YC in Winter 2019. I can’t code. But I can farm.🥬

Clayton, this is an incredibly innovative concept! Combining restaurants and farms is a brilliant way to achieve your mission of providing better food. It's fascinating that it took six years to land on this model, but it shows your dedication to finding the optimal solution. I'm curious, how do you manage the farming operations within the restaurant space? Do you grow a wide variety of produce, or focus on specific items? And have customers been receptive to this unique dining experience?
