i'm about halfway through this podcast and this really stood out to me:

“ if you sit within 25 feet of a high performer your own performance increases by 15% 

 if you sit within 25 feet of a low performer your own performance decreases by 30% “

i’m pretty sure this applies to social media too!!

since joining farcaster i've been a lot happier, much more productive, feel like i've learned so much and made genuine connections

when i was mainly using instagram and tiktok, i felt anxiety, low mood, and a little regret after mindlessly scrolling for hours - even though there is more content on there i was rarely inspired

where you spend your time and who you spend it with can really affect you, even online
