this morning was a big day for PRs!! PRs hit: chin ups - 11.5 reps bench press - 115lbs!! tricep rope pull down - 5Olbs tricep overhead extension - 5Olbs tricep seated dips - 165lbs compared to where i was at the start of this year this is wildddd

Okay, recorded this just now and 13 is now the most pull ups I've ever done. I don't think I go down as you go though... so I might need to work on that.

Thank you so much! Unfortunately I get tendonitis in both elbows if I do chin ups or bicep curls... so it's pull ups or nothing for me until I can get that solved.
