Zelensky came to Turkey to negotiate with Putin to end the war but Russia merely sent some low level delegation without powers to negotiate. Russia does not want to negotiate an end to the war that entails a sovereign Ukraine.

This was such a good move by Zelensky, especially with the US continuously questioning Ukraine's intentions.  

I don't get why literally everyone doesn't understand that Putin can end this invasion any time he wants.
