Mango Markets is preparing to settle a lawsuit from the SEC alleging violations of securities laws.

Mango DAO posted a vote to resolve this issue. This includes paying fines of $229 thousand, destroying the supply of MNGO tokens and delisting the token from other platforms.

In 2022, Mango was hacked for $110 million by Abraham Eisenberg.

Eisenberg is currently under criminal investigation for fraud and manipulation in the DeFi industry.

Mango Markets is also under investigation by the Department of Justice and the CFTC.
