It's a 35 year old Lyfe Tyme Grills offset stack with a fire box. They're made down in Uvalde. I'd upload a pic for you but for some reason FC won't allow me to load any photos today. Thanks so much for the tip! 🙏🙏

My favorites other than brisket are pork butt and turkey. The butt cooks under the same basic heat principles. Remove and wrap at ~183 then put back in the stack until internal reaches 203-205. I need to try some ribs but I'm always in it for the brisket!
