can capture some short-term value, but that’s about it

best place to build before folks showed up, best place to build after. it’s a builder equilibrium

why is that? for want of people that aren't only interested in chasing some coin or going sully for a rug? lack of interest in genuine art and content? what other options are they, I felt X was similar but in different ways.
