- increased understanding of and sensitivity to my emotions. totally blows my mind--like getting a superpower. already improving my relationships
- the idea of training like an athlete, and applying that to more parts of my life
- jhourney pedagogy is impressive. they compress years of study into days
- the fact that you can even do this kind of stuff to yourself just by concentrating. i know ppl have done it for forever but knowing and experiencing are different things. makes me eager to see what else is possible. inner space is my new outer space
