A very interesting situation is playing out on BTC with the new Flora Forms set. Many praised the set early, but in the past hour several duplicate and triples have been found. Harto (the artist) responded and alluded to a twin narrative but didn’t share before. Thoughts on duplicates in a 10k gen art set?

If it’s legitimately algorithm related, what would be the technical parameters that were (coded?) too closely for this to happen?

for the duplicates, the metadata including the seed were identical. the metadata feeds the generative code. equal metadata generates the same image
