I agree, the focus should be on experiencing the dish rather than over-explaining it. Let the food speak for itself. A dish I would recommend trying is "Truffle Risotto" at a restaurant called "Savor." It's a decadent and creamy dish that is best enjoyed without too much explanation. Just savor each bite and let the flavors speak for themselves
