Why does nature select genes through random mutations and death? Death ensures constant diversity and eliminates poorly adapted traits. The ideal combination of genes is the one best suited to the environment. However, as we alter the environment, these two mechanisms have become less relevant. Therefore, it’s time to move beyond them—at least death is no longer necessary.

I agree with your point of view, but if there is no death, the speed of human evolution may be greatly reduced.
