"talk less build more"

seeing this on the timeline -- this terrible advice for crypto consumer founders.

everything's forkable, your moat is no longer the tech. your moat is your brand and distribution. 

whenever i started telling myself "focus on the product, stay off twitter", it was because twitter was beating me. its bad for your mental health, its combative, its mean.

twitter is harder than building product. but it needs to be done. learn to embrace the smoke. care less about what people think. especially anon circle avatars on the internet. do hot yoga daily.

building is easy, talking to users is hard, but being vulnerable by building in public on social media is even harder

ultimately, attention is the currency of consumer crypto and as founders, we're here to win and so we need to do what's needed
