Is been a month that I stopped gym because of my lower back pain and recently started it again slowly working upper body and core. But I have felt so guilty all this time and afraid I will loose my muscles and body. Has anyone experienced smth similar and how did you overcome the fear?

I hear you. I am terrible trying to rest when injured. I find active recovery is always the best. Your body will let you know if you push it too far. All the best
