Day 1 of my /fitness Journey 🥹 
okay not day 1, day 1 but i have inconsistency issues haha 😂 
- treadmill & jump ropes for starters
- sit-ups and mahn i felt the burn 🥺 still do 😩
- some glutes workout - you know what, I don't even know what i did 🤣🤣🤣 but I'll get better 😊
