Yesterday, Swissborg made its great comeback to DeFi, curated by @gauntlet, powered by Morpho. The Morpho Stack was specifically built to fit the requirements of large consumer apps that want to bring their mass adoption onchain. Swissborg and Gauntlet: - Don't have to trust the Morpho DAO, they just rely on massively audited, formally verified, and immutable contracts. - Did not deploy an entire separate lending pool where they have to rebuild the network effects. They just built a specific Morpho Vault, plugged on top of active Morpho Markets. - Tailored the vault to their risk and liquidity needs, without fragmenting the liquidity/network effects of Morpho. Consumer apps at the front. + Permissionless & immutable protocols in the back. This does start to look like the future of finance.
