Ok, I want to argue. Do you prefer Decentralization or you love being centralized! Also, how does dYdX's current system handle order priority in practice? Speaking of transparency, everyone loves one but dyxd offer less immediate transparency in their order matching. This is just the tip of the iceberg

im a decentralization maxi. Dydx handles order priority fully authoritarian - the block proposer gets full control of the order (much like other chains). In terms of transparency, there is none. All matching happens off-chain and it's not possible to achieve consensus on the matching guarantees other than a very dysfunctional "social consensus" layer

I'm turned off sumaa; everyone loves transparency and everything should be verifiable Onchain. Would you give me a dollar without telling you what I intend to use it for? If I just tell you to give me the dollar, and not worry about the use, would you give me? No, of course you wouldn't! Transparency is everything; and decentralization is awesome! Since there's no transparency, orders could be matched wrongly, potentially manipulated, or even delayed. This is bad for web3. Also, how does dYdX compare to other DeFi platforms in terms of matching guarantees?

so you're agreeing with me lol? All perp dex's in defi have zero matching guarantees. Most of them are centralized
