i was thinking today about the 115 pending charges against Man City for financial shenanigans from 09-18, and realised if they get their titles stripped and they get re-awarded to second place, then it kind of changes how we think about the tenures of Rodgers (Liverpool) and Mourinho (Man U).

strangely, when this happened to Juve in Calciopoli, only one of the titles was re-awarded
