introducing $HIGHER, $CLANKER, and $ANON pairings to new token deployments, in addition to the existing $DEGEN and WETH just say which type of pairing you'd like in the deployment cast, clanker will default to WETH if you don't specify also added these filters to clanker world!

would be interesting to see $DEGEN incentivize their pools with a $DEGEN yield but that would be tough for the others to do
