Do v4 hooks have to be implemented at deployment? For example, could you add a hook or remove a hook to an existing Uni v4 pool?

As I understand it the pools are immutable so if you want to tweak something you would need to redeploy and get people to start using the new one instead Maybe there's some upgradable contract pattern stuff you could do to sidestep that but that seems like it would introduce big security issues if it's even possible
