They want to attract institutional money by doing good. Anything deemed “for profit” has apparently deeply harmed nouns ability to frame itself as a nonprofit (fork is most notable example) You could maybe argue that profit would feed back to protocol/treasury only so token holders are not directly profiting. Not sure In general though a token launcher feels like the antithesis of what nouns aims to be… If the goal (of nouns) is to show the world crypto can be used for good, it’s incompatible to then go and fund what everyone else believes crypto is for… gambling, casino, memes etc
